We are committed to providing exceptional services and products to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team on a remote basis. As a self-starting sales professional, you will have the opportunity to generate significant income through a competitive salary structure, plus additional benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and market trends.
  • Outbound Sales Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately record and report sales activities and outcomes.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the Manager to improve processes and sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Previous experience of meeting up with set targets within a similar role.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A laptop to type reports and send emails
  • Access to uninterrupted internet supply
  • Access to uninterrupted power supply or alternative power supply
  • A clean and quiet workspace devoid of noise (This will be checked by our recruitment partners in Nigeria)

  

Benefits:

  • Salary: N100,000 ( and earn N800,000 in commission monthly: i.e. 4 Clients sign up expected -  N200,000 commission per Client Sign-up).
