Job Description/Requirements
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to sell Oneland Africa’s services.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English Language and additional local languages.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
