As a Telesales Representative at Oneland Africa, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, selling our products/services, and building strong customer relationships. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to sell Oneland Africa’s services.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English Language and additional local languages.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
