Job Summary
The specific objective of the telesales role is to sell our client's products over digital channels particularly phone calls and Whatsapp Business. This means the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
- Answering customers’ questions on the products
- Meeting sales quotas
Requirements:
- 6months-1year experience as a telesales officer
- Minimum of OND certicate
