Job Description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and converting leads into sales.
The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate offerings.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales agents.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide detailed information about properties, answer questions, and address client concerns.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and property offerings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.
Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 / month.
