As a Telesales Representative, your primary role will be to reach out to potential customers, promote WallX's offerings, and guide them through our onboarding process. This customer-facing role requires a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and close deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch WallX Africa’s digital financial services
  • Follow up on leads generated from campaigns and referrals
  • Provide potential clients with detailed information about our products and how they can benefit their businesses
  • Record customer interactions and manage a consistent pipeline of leads using our CRM
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Build strong client relationships and represent WallX with professionalism
  • Provide customer feedback to the sales and product teams for continuous improvement


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of telesales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and quotas
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle objections effectively
  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
