Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services and secure sales.
- Identify customer needs, provide product information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by closing deals and upselling or cross-selling where appropriate.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the CRM system accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize marketing strategies and meet business objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales in B2C is preferred, but not essential.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident in approaching customers on an outbound basis.
- Objection handling.
- Self-driven with a determination to succeed.
- The ability to understand the client's needs and qualify clients with a series of questions.
- Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the system.
- Adaptable to change within the business needs.
