Job Summary

To prospect new clients, manage the company’s relationship with existing clients to grow the business line and achieve set targets while ensuring increased income and revenue of Agency Banking and PTSP Business. You will also drive agent and merchant acquisition across customer segments including, Corporate, Retail and also grow number of agents and merchants

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Daily routine visit to Agents/Merchants locations within the defined territory
  • Drive transaction counts and Volume for our products and services at Agent locations
  • Onboard Agents, Acquire Merchants, Issuance of POS to drive transaction count and volume.
  • Reactivate and or retrieve dormant POS within your business territory
  • Provide market feedback from Agents/ Merchants and benchmark what competition is offering for business growth.


Requirements

  • A first degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2-4 years of Sales experience in an e-Business and/or financial service role.
  • Age not more than 35 years
  • Prior experience in a sales role in a startup company preferably with a background in financial services & focus on product will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process
  • Relevant exposure in financial services, FINTECH/Tech start-up, partner management/business development and B2B, B2G & B2C marketing with a focus on understanding the wants and needs of consumers in the financial services and e-payments industry.
  • Excellent customer and people relationship management skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Good Communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Strong Business intelligence skills.

Knowledge:

  • Leadership and people’s management
  • Scaling through Agency Banking in Nigeria
  • Acute knowledge of mobile money, PTSP Business, and Agency banking industry.
  • Building and sustaining long-lasting business relationship
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
