Job Summary
We are a 30-year-old FMCG cosmetics manufacturer looking to add a new TSM to our ever-growing sales team. Interested candidates should be comfortable working in Trade Fair Market, Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow the journey plan developed by Regional Sales Manager
- Create and monitor Journey Plan for Merchandisers
- Ensure the availability of products across all markets within the territory.
- Visit & liaise with Key Distributors, Sub-Distributors, and Wholesalers within your territory.
- Ensure products are well displayed.
- Ensure stock depletion from Key Distributors to Sub-Distributors.
- Ensure stock distribution across all the major markets in the territory.
- Recruit new Sub-Distributors in smaller markets within the territory.
- Set and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for Merchandisers.
- Ensure the entire product range is represented across all distributor’s outlets.
- Ensure strong visibility in every market within the territory.
- Training and supervision of Merchandisers.
- Accompany Merchandisers on their Journey Plan to ensure a job well done.
- Constant communication with the Regional Sales Manager to stay on top of objectives.
- Verify Merchandiser's daily activity.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in open-market FMCG sales. At least one year in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with Trade Fair Market, Badagry, Festac & surrounding areas
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ideal candidates should be able to commute easily to the Trade Fair market daily.
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments.
