Ticketing and Reservation Officer/ Agency Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
• Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.Promoting travel packages.
• Managing the various units: visa, tours, digital marketing, etc.
• Manage credit card operations.
• Provide advice about visas/tickets/passports
• Overseeing the operations and teams at the agency.
• Answer questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules, making and confirming reservations.
• Calculate the expenses and sell tickets to passengers.
• Use a booking system to secure ticket reservations, reschedule flights, process refunds, and collect payments.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. /HND in Business Administration or other related courses
• Certification Amadeus and Certification Galileo
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Teamwork, Problem-Solving, and Time Management skills
• Organization and Analytical Skills
• Understanding of Ethics
• Accountability, Motivation, and Leadership skills
• Executive Functioning, such as prioritizing duties
• Ability to persuade or convince others

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos State

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000
