Job Title: B2B and B2C Sales and Marketing Executive 

Location: Broad Street, Lagos, Nigeria.

We're seeking a results-driven property management sales and marketing specialist to join our team! 

Your mission will be to acquire new customers for our property listing and management services, driving 

business growth and revenue increase. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building 

relationships, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to continuously improve sales approaches.

Requirements:

• At least 2 yeas experience with proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the property or real estate industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong networking and lead generation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and websites
• Follow up on leads, setting up meetings and presentations to convert into sales

Must-Have:

• Experience in property management or real estate
• Knowledge of local market trends and regulations
• Familiarity with sales automation platforms
• Have an understanding of the technology industry.

Remuneration: 200,000 Naira plus commission
