Mind Aider/Teacher (Infants & Toddlers)

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing and responsive care to infants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met.
• Implement age-appropriate sensory and motor activities that promote exploration and early learning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment that aligns with our curriculum and learning philosophy.
• Observe, document, and assess each child’s development to support individualized learning plans.
• Foster positive interactions with infants through singing, storytelling, and play.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and well- being.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational or caregiving setting.
• Strong understanding of infant development milestones and best practices in early childhood care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, warm, and nurturing demeanor.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Remuneration: NGN 130,000
