Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient management of tools, equipment, and resources.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues within the factory.
- Work closely with injection mould machinery, including Haitian, Arburg, Engel, and other industry-leading brands.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained at optimal performance levels to support uninterrupted production.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems, providing hands-on support when necessary.
- Train and mentor workshop staff, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of workshop tools and machinery.
- Hands-on experience with injection mould equipment and related systems.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and hydraulic systems.
