Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, but we are a truly global company with team-members across the U.S., Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the world’s best talent.

We are looking for a trainer to join our team who can deliver high-impact training, develop effective learning content, maintain our knowledge base, and support our operations team to ensure that we deliver the best service to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to keep your passion for learning and teaching while driving high-impact results as we strive to be the most customer-centric custom manufacturing company globally.
What You’ll Do:Perform training needs analysis
Facilitate new hire training, coach and conduct performance evaluation of trainees
Developing individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and developing outcome improvement resources
Collaborate with quality team to gather feedback and plan refresher trainings to help improve quality of service
Collaborate with managers and operations team to ensure the knowledge base is updated real-time and all team members are informed of new updates
Create, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge
Fill out accurate reports
Establish and maintain communication with customers and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet company expectations
Supervise and coach learners in nesting
Oversee new hire progression and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement appropriate solutions
Coach and give feedback to trainees to help them fulfill performance metrics
Support on tasks delegated by the CEO
At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer with Sales/CS background
Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Strategic in developing solutions and process improvements
Agile and adaptable to changing environments and work process
Must be work-from-home capable with a quiet space to take calls
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment.
Provide your own desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
Stable internet connection with at least 20 mbps speed
Must have headset and webcam
Can work effectively during PST hours
Nice to have:
- Additional training certification
- Experience in sales accounts highly preferred
- Previous experience in classroom adult education or training and evaluation
- Previous remote work experience
- Previous startup experience
