The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, and productivity of our employees. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of training methodologies and the betting industry.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
  • Design and create training materials, manuals, and documentation, and Manage the training budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars in various formats (in-person, online, etc.).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training management role, preferably within the betting or gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills.
