We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Training & Consulting Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Port Harcourt and Abuja Office. This role is integral to supporting our training and consulting operations, ensuring that our programs run seamlessly and our clients receive outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will be a resourceful thinker who can address challenges with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and consulting engagements.
- Liaise with trainers, consultants, and clients to manage logistics and administrative tasks.
- Maintain training materials, documentation, and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support scheduling for training sessions, interviews, and client meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new training strategies and initiatives.
- Address inquiries and provide prompt responses to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance our training and consulting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, training, or consulting support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in a training or consulting environment is a plus.
