The Microfinance Agricultural Learning and Development Centre (MLDC) is excited to announce an opening for a Training Manager at our Agricultural Training Center (ATC), located in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

In collaboration with AFOS and our network of partners, the ATC is a hub for capacity building and industry dialogue.
About the Role:
The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing our vision. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs tailored to the Nigerian agricultural sector.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders.
- Conducting sector-wide needs assessments to address skills gaps.
- Driving the development of curricula and instructional materials.
- Ensuring compliance with best practices while managing the ATC's training operations.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in project management and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for innovation and sustainability in agriculture.

Location:
Temporary resumption in Ikeja, Lagos, with a planned relocation to our state-of-the-art ATC complex in Ajanla, Ibadan.
