Training Officer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs for security personnel.
  
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and exercises.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain training manuals and materials.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Military or Paramilitary background is an added advantage
• 5+ years of experience in security operations, training, or instruction.
• Proven expertise in security tactics, operations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced military training certifications (e.g., Drill Instructor, Training Officer).
• Security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP).
• Experience in law enforcement or private security.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
