Training Video Production Specialist

We are a leading Human Resource management consulting firm with head office at Victoria Island, Lagos. We have a track record of performance in learning and development for over 15 years with corporate organizations and individuals. Our company is looking for an innovative e-learning video production specialist who will have overall responsibility for training (e-learning) video production process, from ideation to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities

·        Develop and deliver multimedia content for online courses

·        Video editing, captioning, graphic design, and file management

·        Assist with course material development, web page updates, and course quality assurance.

Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, social science or any creative studies.

Experience

·        Experience in e-learning /training video or general videography

·        Must be proficient in the use of Articulate 360

Skills and Competencies

·        Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging narratives.

·        Video editing skills to arrange and alter video shots to create a cohesive structure.

·        Visual Storytelling and Creativity

·        strong organizational skills to manage time, resources, and priorities effectively

Renumeration: Between N2.4M and N3.6M gross per annum depending on experience and qualifications. Medical and pensions are also provided.
