2. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

3. Accounting Operations: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

5. Team Management: Supervise and develop accounting staff.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of accounting experience.

2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

4. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and accounting software.

5. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
