Travel Agent/Travel Curator

Responsibilities:

• Research and curate customized travel experiences based on client preferences, interests, and budgets.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to secure the best deals and services.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments to provide clients with the latest information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the travel planning process.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, social media, and newsletters to promote travel offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and enhance the overall travel experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in travel planning, curation, or a related role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations, cultures, and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Proficient in travel booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design unique travel experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
• Passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
