Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Royalfin World Travels in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, providing customer service, and offering expert travel consulting services on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Proficient use of GDS
- At least 2 years experience in the travel management industry
- Experience in making travel arrangements and handling reservations
- Experience in sales is an added advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reservation systems and travel booking platforms
