Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide travel consultation services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday package arrangements.
  • Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries tailored to their preferences and budget.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre to process bookings and issue tickets.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, visa requirements, airline regulations, and destination information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support throughout the travel process.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure proper documentation for all travel transactions.
  • Promote and sell travel packages, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple bookings simultaneously.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • BSc/HND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre is an advantage.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for travel and a customer-first approach.
