Responsibilities:

• Visa Processing:Provide comprehensive visa guidance and support to clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate visa applications.
• Track visa applications and communicate status updates to clients.
• Assist with complex visa cases and potential visa refusals.
• Tour Packages:Design and curate personalized tour packages to meet client preferences.
• Research and select suitable destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
• Create detailed itineraries and pricing structures for tour packages.
• Marketing and Sales:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote tour packages.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Travel Document Management:Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
• Provide guidance on travel document requirements, such as passports and visas.
• Handle travel document processing and issuance.
• Customer Service:Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients.
• Resolve any issues or complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the travel industry, particularly in visa processing and tour package management.
• Strong understanding of international travel regulations and visa requirements.
