Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Travel & Ticketing Consultant at Gofly Travel & Tours Ltd in Lagos. The Consultant will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, reservations, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Ticket Sales, Reservations, and Sales skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of travel industry trends and technology
- Experience in ticketing and reservations systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of BSP, ADM, Reissue, Revalidation, Refund
- Knowledge of Tour Packaging & Travel Management
- Good Leadership skills
- Good use of Amadeus and Galileo GDS
