- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with local partners.

- Oversee the planning and execution of trips, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve tour offerings.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to promote tours and drive bookings.
- Train and support local guides to uphold the company’s standards.
- Research new destinations and assess their potential for tour offerings.
- Plan and execute strategies to expand into new regions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in the travel or tourism industry, with hands-on experience in trip planning or management.
- A proven track record of working with local tour operators and managing partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in designing unique and memorable travel experiences.
- Familiarity with travel trends, customer preferences, and regional tourism markets.
