Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trip Manager to lead the development and execution of our curated tour offerings. This role will involve recruiting and collaborating with local tour operators, ensuring high-quality experiences for our customers, and gradually expanding operations to new locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the travel and tourism industry, excellent organizational skills, and a creative approach to making every aspect of a journey unforgettable.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and collaborate with reputable tour operators in target destinations.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with local partners.
  • Work with tour operators to curate engaging, culturally immersive, and unique tour itineraries tailored to target audiences.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of trips, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the journey.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve tour offerings.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to promote tours and drive bookings.
  • Train and support local guides to uphold the company’s standards.
  • Research new destinations and assess their potential for tour offerings.
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand into new regions.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years in the travel or tourism industry, with hands-on experience in trip planning or management.
  • A proven track record of working with local tour operators and managing partnerships will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity in designing unique and memorable travel experiences.
  • Familiarity with travel trends, customer preferences, and regional tourism markets.
  • Understanding of the logistics and operations of group travel.
  • Passionate about travel and creating extraordinary customer experiences.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
