Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely Operate CMV: Safely operate a CMV to transport goods and materials, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and Unload Cargo: Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured and protected from damage.
- Plan and Manage Routes: Plan and manage routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Conduct Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip inspections of the CMV to ensure that it is in good working condition.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of hours worked, miles driven, and cargo transported.
- Comply with Regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations, including those related to hours of service, weight and size limits, and hazardous materials transportation.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a truck driver.
- Clean Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record, with no serious traffic violations or accidents.
