Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual or group needs.
• Ensure alignment with the Nigerian/British curriculum, adhering to the organization’s teaching methodology.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, and other assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to enhance teaching materials and strategies.
• Utilize technology effectively to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
• Support students in exam preparation and guide them in developing essential academic skills.
• Attend training sessions and periodic staff meetings to stay updated on best teaching practices.

• Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
• Minimum of 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience, either in schools or privately.
• Experience with online learning platforms.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve academic success.
