Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a strategic plan for the programme's content lineup, aligning with market trends, audience preferences, and brand objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end production process of TV programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with directors, producers, writers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of producers, editors, and creative staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Identify new content opportunities, negotiate acquisition deals, and oversee the development of original programming.
- Ensure all programs meet high standards of quality, relevance, and compliance with broadcasting regulations.
- Analyze audience data and feedback to refine programming strategy and improve viewer engagement and ratings.
- Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, including SEO, content optimization, and audience engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve YouTube monetization requirements, including subscriber growth and watch time.
Requirements:
- 4 years of cognate experience
