UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.  
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture diagrams.

Interaction Design (UX):

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to define the user experience.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. 
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.

Visual Design (UI):

• Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise design documentation.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

Staying Up to Date:

• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience (e.g., 2+ years) in UI/UX design.  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.  
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of UI/UX design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with motion design or animation.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
