Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while delivering exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging and functional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and user interactions.
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve the user journey.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and storyboards.
- Optimize existing user interfaces and design new UI components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with design frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
