UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand client needs, pain points, and behaviors. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for websites and web applications. Develop interactive prototypes (using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) to demonstrate user flows and interactions. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for all devices and browsers.
• Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with front-end developers to translate designs into functional code, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. Partner with product managers, marketers, and clients to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Design Systems & Documentation: Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across projects. Document design specifications, including animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction. Analyze user behavior (via heatmaps, analytics) to iterate on existing designs.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Advocate for user-centric design principles within the team and to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools for prototyping and wireframing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and improve designs.
• Ability to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure seamless experiences across devices and browsers.
• Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, marketers, and clients to align design goals with business needs.
• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine designs.
