Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer who is excited to shape and craft an intuitive, AI-driven user experience. You will be responsible for designing interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also enhance user interaction with AI functionalities, making complex technologies feel simple and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and AI engineers, to understand user needs and create intuitive designs.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on AI-first features.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas effectively.

• Apply best practices in AI/ML UI/UX design to enhance user interaction and experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, and user-centered design processes.
• Experience in designing AI/ML-integrated products or familiarity with AI technologies and how they impact user experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and feedback.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in startups or B2B marketplaces.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to bridge design with implementation.
• Familiarity with AI design frameworks and principles.
