Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior to create intuitive, engaging, and functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Implementation:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Create responsive designs that work across multiple devices and screen sizes
• Design user-friendly navigation systems and information architecture
• Produce high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools

User Research & Testing:

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Analyze user feedback and testing results
• Create user personas and journey maps
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Document user testing findings and recommend improvements

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
• Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
• Participate in design reviews and team meetings
• Mentor junior designers when required

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design tools:

• Figma
• Prototyping

Knowledge of:

Nice to have knowledge of

• HTML/CSS
• Responsive design principles
• Interactive prototyping tools
• Design systems
• Information architecture

Required Knowledge:
