UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and storyboards.

UI Design:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and branding.

UX Design:

• Develop workflows, navigation schemes, and interaction designs that enhance usability.
• Optimize designs based on usability testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Testing and Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE certificate
• 2 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showing design work
