UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience workflows.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing UI elements, including buttons, menus, and navigation components.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving requirements.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Identify pain points in user flows and propose solutions.
• Continuously optimize existing interfaces for improved user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision).
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• In-depth understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
