Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer with a strong understanding of interface design and user experience principles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for translating customer requirements into functional, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand and translate customer requirements into functional UI designs.
- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and analyze feedback to optimize and improve existing interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and compatible across different devices and platforms.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the product design process.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design consistency and implementation quality.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and defining user journeys.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design choices and processes to stakeholders.
- A strong passion for technology, innovation, and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Location: Awka, Anambra State.
