Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interface components and visual elements for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our design processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and design projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Fiber software.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and mobile-first design.
- Familiarity with design systems and components
