1. The ideal candidate should possess B.sc / B.A , HND or OND
2. Minimum of 2 years prior experience in insurance sales is a MUST
3. CIIN Agency Certificate is needed.
4. Ability to recruit, Build, Train, and motivate a team.
5. Must possess good Presentation and Communication skills
6. Required to be Ethical and Professional at all times.
