User Experience Designer

Naptera is an innovative e-commerce store dedicated to providing a seamless and engaging shopping experience. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our team, focusing on designing an intuitive and visually appealing user interface that aligns with our brand and enhances the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interface elements such as menus, buttons, icons, and layouts.
• Create visually engaging, consistent, and user-friendly designs that improve site navigation and enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the marketing team to ensure the design meets both functional and brand requirements.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across the website that aligns with the brand's identity.
• Use data and user feedback to continuously refine the design for improved usability and engagement.
• Stay updated on UI trends, best practices, and competitor designs to keep Naptera at the forefront of e-commerce design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce or digital platform design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience in responsive design to ensure an optimal user experience across devices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work closely with developers.
• Knowledge of UX design principles.
• Experience with data-driven design improvements, using tools like Google Analytics or A/B testing.
