Job Description:

As our UI/UX Designer (Fintech), you'll focus on creating seamless, secure, and engaging experiences for financial applications, including:

· Digital banking and payment platforms

· Investment and wealth management tools

· Financial analytics and reporting dashboards

· Mobile wallets and payment gateways

Responsibilities:

· Conduct user research on financial behaviors and pain points

· Design intuitive onboarding flows for financial products

· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for fintech applications

· Create accessible, WCAG-compliant designs for diverse user bases

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs

· Perform usability testing and iterate on feedback

· Stay updated on fintech trends, regulations, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

· 3+ years of UI/UX experience in fintech or related industries

· Portfolio showcasing fintech-specific design expertise

· Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)

· Strong understanding of human-centered design principles

· Experience with design systems, accessibility, and usability testing

· Knowledge of financial regulations and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR)

Nice to Have:

· Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

· Certification in UX design or related fields (e.g., UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction)

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems
