Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop custom vector illustrations and icons to enhance user experiences.
• Utilize hand-drawing skills for initial sketches, concept art, and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing.
• Adapt designs to reflect different cultural styles and ensure inclusivity in design aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing vector design work.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Sketch).
• Strong hand-drawing skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of cultural nuances in design and the ability to adapt styles accordingly.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Must have experience designing for web and mobile applications 
• Must have experience in designing logos

Additional Skills:

• Experience with motion design or interactive prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
