Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive: Ensure delivery of products to assigned stores.
- Coverage: Productively covers all assigned stores.
- Distribution: Responsible for unmatched distribution according to SBD across all covering stores
- Pricing: Ensure recommended prices are maintained across covering stores.
- Shelving & Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves and POS materials.
- Monthly Target: Achieve monthly target.
- Monthly Initiatives and Offers: Ensure monthly initiatives are deployed and executed to all customers.
- Team Player: Develop and maintain cordial working relationships with all DND staff.
- Adhere strictly to the Company’s policies which include the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Obey all instructions from your Line manager or Sales Manager.
- Daily Reconciliations: Responsible for daily reconciliations without any form of outstanding.
- Van Maintenance: Ensure the working tool (Van) assigned is in good condition at all times through routine inspection.
- Road Regulations and Usage: Van Rep is expected to observe all road rules & regulations and also maintain acceptable speed limits.
Requirements:
- A year experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of Diploma.
- Must know how to drive a manual car.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to use GPS for road navigation.
