Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize weekly learning sessions featuring guest speakers, workshops, and panel discussions on diverse topics (e.g., leadership, tech trends, wellness).
- Curate social and networking events (mixers, themed parties, outdoor activities) to build camaraderie among members.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events, including venue bookings, vendor coordination, and tech setup.
Community Building:
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where members feel valued and connected.
- Moderate online forums (e.g., WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn) to encourage daily interaction and knowledge sharing.
- Pair members for mentorship, collaborations, or accountability partnerships based on shared interests.
Content & Speaker Coordination:
- Collaborate with professionals, thought leaders, and internal teams to design engaging event agendas.
- Secure high-caliber guest speakers and facilitators for weekly sessions.
- Develop event materials, including summaries, resources, and follow-up content for members.
Marketing & Engagement:
- Promote events via email newsletters, social media, and community platforms to drive attendance.
- Create buzz around events with creative campaigns (e.g., teaser videos, member spotlights).
- Track attendance, feedback, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.
Member Experience:
- Act as the “face” of the Growth Club, addressing member inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Gather feedback to improve event quality and tailor offerings to member needs.
- Celebrate member milestones and contributions to strengthen community bonds.
Partnerships & Growth:
- Build partnerships with brands, venues, and organizations to enhance event offerings.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Growth Club’s reach and impact.
