Verification Officer

Responsibilities:

• The verification officers will be validating information provided by applicants or customers within the context of address, education, and employment within their region.
• He/she will go to the address provided and ask questions to validate the information provided by the client.
• After a successful verification, an upload of the result will be carried out by the officer immediately, and a location pin must be dropped.
• Above all, the officer will undergo a training on how to use the software, upload data, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in verification, field investigation, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting verification interviews.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region to verify addresses, education, and employment details.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications or software for data entry and uploads (training will be provided).
• Ability to drop accurate location pins after each verification.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely completion of verifications.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
