Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough background checks on prospective employees, including employment history, criminal records, education verification, and reference checks.
- Verify documents and assess candidates’ qualifications for various security roles.
- Prepare detailed reports based on findings and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure all procedures adhere to legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment teams to ensure seamless candidate screening processes.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices in background verification.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in background verification or vetting, preferably within the security industry.
- Strong research, investigative, and reporting skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 -300,000 monthly
