Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Media Manager at Epiphany Vets Nigeria Ltd in Akure. The Veterinary Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing media planning, developing media strategies, managing communications, exploring new media platforms, and handling public relations activities on a daily basis.

Duties
1. Branding and Marketing Strategy:
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the veterinary practice.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Identify the target audience and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
2. Content Creation and Management:
Produce engaging content such as blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts.
Share informative content about pet care, health tips, and veterinary services.
Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
3. Social Media Management:
Actively manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to build a strong online presence.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
Run social media campaigns to promote specific services or events.
4. Public Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets to secure press coverage.
Handle media inquiries and provide information about the practice and its services.
Organize press releases and media events to generate positive publicity.
5. Crisis Management:
Develop crisis communication plans to address potential negative situations.
Monitor online reputation and respond to negative feedback promptly and professionally.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Track social media engagement and campaign performance.
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to the practice owner or management team.
Renumeration and benefits
Salary of up to N200,000 monthly, including bonuses and commission
N50,000 relocation support
Two weeks annual leave
Three days monthly off days (excluding Sundays)
Birthday off day
Amongst many others.
