Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary owner of how the Redwire brand is expressed through powerful creative ideas.
  • Manage, develop, and build a creative team that can generate and execute exceptional creative work to be leveraged across our markets.
  • Own our brand guidelines and ensure consistency of brand design, and brand experience across all surfaces and channels
  • Evolve the team culture by taking calculated creative risks, nurturing new and disruptive ideas, and producing ground-breaking creative work across business and client services.
  • Be responsible for the budget, project management, and team management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to strategize, execute, and implement all overall brand initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board of directors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 5-7 years proven work experience, 3 years must be in Senior Management function.
  • Ability to develop forward-thinking creative ideas and designs for a wide range of marketing asset types, designed to drive customer acquisition/retention and deepen audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite of products and add-ons
  • Strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy and discretion.
