Job Summary

As the Vice President, Marketing, you would be required to design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to keep us and our clients aligned with our business goals. You will also be expected to oversee and direct the marketing department and should possess a proven track record in end-to-end project management and digital marketing campaign

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans for the business and our clients.
  • Direct and support market research, collection analysis, and interpretation of market data for short and long-term market forecasts and reports.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies
  • Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
  • Prepare intelligence reports and briefings for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and actionable political insights to support business strategy, risk management, and decision-making processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in any of the related fields is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven work experience in Marketing and at least 4 of those years spent in a senior role.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to distill data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to evolving business and economic climate.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively translate actionable insights and strategies for all levels of employees, including executive audiences and across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High level of emotional intelligence.
  • Ambitious self-starter.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Socially conscious and interested in contributing to the development of the country.
