Job Description:

We are seeking a highly talented and dynamic Graphic Designer with exceptional video creation skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and videos. You will play a pivotal role in our marketing and branding efforts, producing visually stunning content that aligns with our cutting-edge vision and mission.

 Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality graphics and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, web, and graphics teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Branding: Ensure all designs and videos meet our brand standards and convey the desired message.
• Innovation: Show creativity and individual input while following project briefs and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Multiple Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with flexibility and proactivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging designs that demonstrate creative flair and an understanding of layout, typography, and color use.
• Develop graphics and layouts for print and web, including websites and landing pages.
• Animate videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Identify trends and create viral concepts, integrating suitable audio tracks in sync with videos.
• Produce storyboards and scripts, with basic 3D modeling and rendering.
• Collaborate with web-development teams to ensure cross-browser website testing and mobile compatibility.

Qualifications and Traits:

• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design and video creation.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and videos (include examples with your application).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple, varied projects.
• Experience in the tech or real estate industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JS Libraries, PHP frameworks, UI/UX principles,
• Marketing/Digital Marketing knowledge is a must.

Additional Skills:

• Photography/Videography
• Storyboarding and scriptwriting
• Understanding video platforms like YouTube and TikTok
• Proficiency with tools such as OBS, Wirecast, Element 3D, and Adobe Audition or Avid Pro Tools.
• A good understanding of UI/UX and Web/App design.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe XD.
