What You’ll Do

• Edit videos: Work with raw footage from city content creators to produce polished videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all videos align with LetsXplore’s quality, tone, and visual style.
• Batch editing: Efficiently process and edit multiple videos at scale while maintaining high standards.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with content creators, social media managers, and the creative team to deliver on project requirements.
• Enhance content: Use transitions, text overlays, and sound effects to make videos engaging and platform-optimized.
• Contribute to creative direction: Provide input on video concepts and visual strategies for campaigns.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Technical expertise: Proficiency in video editing software like CapCut, InShot, etc.
• Creative storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences.
• Eye for detail: Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
• Efficiency under deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Collaborative mindset: Ability to work closely with teams across different cities and provide constructive feedback.
• Adaptable and proactive: Open to evolving creative strategies and tackling new challenges.

Other Requirements

• Must be based in Ibadan and able to work onsite.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional video editing experience (portfolio required).
• Familiarity with short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Access to a reliable laptop or editing workstation (company equipment may be provided if necessary).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
